The shop is owned and run by James Martino. I have found
him to be honest and straightforward, and he is my mechanic
of choice. His shop specializes in domestic and Asian autos. He and his mechanics have done a great job pinpointing the source of
rattles and squeaks on my family's two autos (Honda Civic
and VW Passat). Yes, the VW is not Asian. He does not have
any computer capabilities for European cars, but will
perform maintenance and mechanical repairs to them.
The first time I went to him and spoke with him, he told me
that he does not try to push repairs or work on people, only
the issue at hand. So far this has held true. He does not
have loaner cars, but is willing to try and work with people
to have the cars completed in time for the customer. He is
willing to accept credit card payment over the phone and
leave the car and the keys outside so the customer can pick
it up after hours. I highly recommend him, and if you take
your car to him on Saturday, do so very early, he's busy!
