I have a Dodge Grand Caravan. ONe of the chains that pull
the door open and shut got bent and I was told, by the
dealer, that it would be $200 to fix. This guesstimate was
given over the phone without even bothering to see my car.
Because Wrench N Time is a local business and within walking
distance to my house, I decided to swing by and have them
tell me what it would cost. This was to confirm what the
dealer told me, but also to see if I could give my business
to a local shop, instead of a corporate one.
I drove in. Told the guy what was wrong. He looked at it
and then went inside. He came back with a zip tie and fixed
my chain. Total cost? About 3 bucks. I believe he only
charged me because he wanted to run across the street to buy
some coffee. I have been a loyal customer ever since.
I am a woman, they treat me with respect and intelligence
and they are always fair. IF my car does not need immedicat
repair, they tell us so. They definately put the emphasis
on customer satisfaction knowing that the bottom line will
reflect loyalty.

Love these guys... Rusk is a University of St. Thomas grad
and has an encyclopedic knowledge of cars, manufacturers,
what generally goes wrong with which models, and what's
worth fixing and not. As a bonus, it's always a pleasure
talking with him about the economy and world affairs!
