Brian is actually the shop manager now at AutoSpec, I followed him there from Meineke. He will always tell you what you need to know, and will always explain everything in layman's terms (or techno babble if you know it). Brian won't try to give you a snow job about what repair is needed and not needed. When a repair needs to be made, he can explain why. In addition to the cause of the problem its effect, he can explain what will happen after the repair so that you know what to expect. Very trustworthy.
