I always have the knowledge with Ron that he will treatme fairly and not steal my money If he cannot repair the problem he always tells you instead of trying to do a half @#$%^& job. The waiting room is clean and he speaks English !!

Wanted a complete check of the car plus the state inspection. The young man explained later by phone what was needed. Promised by 5 p.m. Checked at 3 p.m. and he said the car would be ready in 30 minutes. Courteous and job apparently well done (it's only been 15 minutes since the car was picked up). We cerainly will go back for further service and can make a clean break from the Ford dealer. Service was like it used to be 20-25 years ago. Hurray!

I have been going to them for over 17yrs. They have always me treated fairly and honestly. They will me drive to and from work while the car is being repaired. Nice friendly and some of the workers have a great sense of humor. A few years ago I brought a used car to them that I was thinkig of buying. At the time the city of Houston had had a tremendous amout of flooding and I wanted to make sure the car had no flood damage. (I didn't know if the car had come from Houston or not). After the mechanic had checked out the car he came to me and said,"I have some bad news, the car has some flood damage. I can tell by the to fish in the wheel cover." He got me for a minute and then we all had a good laugh.

I believe they are the best choice in the area but I do have a little bit of hesitation. In one case I asked them to quote a water pump replacement on a Winstar. They quoted $600. I ended up doing it myself for $100 parts and 2 hrs labor. To be fair, they gave me the book rate for the replacement. They also took several trys to fix a rough idle problem but were completly honest and did their best to resolve issues without charging me more.

Scott and Ron are very nice guys. I did not feel that they tried to take advantage of me, because I am a woman. They were very honest and repaired my vehicle and had me back on the road the same day. I would recommend them highly for any repairs.
