I do alot of driving and am always looking for somewhere to get the maintenance services I need at a good price, not cheap, but reasonable. They have got an excellent program that I want to tell you about. It is their "Preferred Customer Program", I paid them $119.95 up front and for the next 5 years I get my oil and filter changed including the chassis lube plus a multi-point inspection at no charge. I figure I am saving at least $270.00 over the five year period and it is all for something I would have had to do anyway. You owe it to yourself to check these guys out!!

My insurance company had rewarded my full coverage policy by providing me with the worst possible used parts they could find. I visited Jay's Automotive II because they were highly recommended here on this website-I was not disappointed. After explaining my problem to Johnny and his mechanic, they raised the vehicle up and inspected the work done by the dealership. I was taken to the garage and shown the flood damaged axel, leaking differential case, broken shock absorber and rusted brake calipers with two different sets of pads. I was able to take a few Polaroid's of the dealerships work and Johnny provided me with a written description of the defects found. While the battle to have my Jeep correctly repaired continues, the work done for me by this garage has helped me to really make a strong case. I appreciate the time they took to explain to me the defects, and their honesty. I would and have been recommending this garage to everyone I know.

I returned to Jay's Automotive to have a BMW inspected before I purchased it from a used car lot. I had of course done my homework and took a carfax report with me, which noted a driver-side rear impact with another vehicle. From the start Johnny was straight forward about not performing much work on BMWs, he was however happy to help out as much as possible. They ensured that the vehicle would pass state inspection, tested the emissions, and raised the SUV to inspect the frame. The mechanic reported that while the vehicle was in a collision, there was no damage to the frame, differential, axle etc. Johnny again provided me with a written description of the defects found: dirty brake fluid, burnt out brake lights, burnt out reverse lights. I was able to take this description back to the dealership and have repairs made before it left the lot. I also felt confident that the collision in the vehicle's past would not come back to haunt me. Again, I would and have been recommending this garage to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are great mechanics and people that will take great care of you and your car. Need anything auto in El Paso - go here, if they can't fix it they know who can and will take you to them. But they can probably fix it. Five out of Five all around.
