Fred went out of his way to get my 1980 Mercedes into tip- top shape before I moved out to California. Even though he knew I was moving he took the time to write out a mainenance schedule for me and offered to always be available for phone consultations in case I wanted to run something past him that another mechanic was telling me. He takes the time to explain all the details of the repairs he does and never in a condescending way. He is honest and fair and the final cost is always close to the original estimate.

Took my 2004 MB CLK320 there for it's first "non-dealer" major scheduled maintenance today. The technican was Lalo Beltran. Very low pressure....they called to talk me out of some maintenance items they thought I didn't need based on mileage...I put relatively few miles on the car and perform service according to elapsed time rather than mileage only. Responsive and prompt...called to tell me that the coil needed to be replaced and offered to save the part without my prompting and car was ready when they said it would be. Reasonable....compared to the MB dealer, I thought the price was very fair.

Fred is great...he knows his stuff and always expains it well. He also knows a great network of other mechanics that he trusts that work on what he is unequipped to fix.

Whenever I take my Blazer in, even without an appointment, Donny will call me back within an hour or two to tell me what the problem is, what it will take to fix it, what it will cost and when it will be ready. He has never made a mistake, yet and his work is excellent. He always finishes the work on or ahead of schedule. When I go to pick it up, he meets me and explains everything to me in a language even I can understand.
