He fixes our old Voyager as well as the newer Fords (Taurus, Contour, Countour). On my first visit - Voyager stalling, plus burning oil - I was ready to talk rings. He fixed the fuel problem, then recommended heavier oil until smoking became too heavy. He advised me that would be about $2000, but to wait. He then charged me about $25 for the stalling problem (fuel). Anyone who tells me to wait - and not pay him $2000 yet - has my business until he proves incompetent. An honest mechanic; friendly; helped my daughter - and now son - with their car problems. Best and most honest repair shop in town!

These guys are cool! In an area that thrives on ripping off and taking advantage of GI's and other transients, I was really surprised to find these guys... Actually, the way I came across them--I called EVERY MECHANIC in the phone book to get an over-the-phone estimate on having my fuel injector done... They gave me the lowest labor price... Way lower, like 1/2 the going rate... And they have everytime for all of the other random repairs I've needed done... What really impressed me though was when I had them replace my brake pads... I'd already been through hell with this place called "Just Brakes" (DON'T go there! You'll be lucky if they don't charge you just to pull in their lot!)... Just Brakes looked at my brakes, front and back, and told me EVERYTHING needed replaced IMMEDIATELY so that I wouldn't WRECK AND DIE and that it was going to cost me LOTS OF MONEY... Then I called Bill's... They came to my place of work and picked up my car for me, did the work in a couple of hours, and called me to let me know that ONE rotor couldn't be machined and had to be replaced, and told me to keep an eye on my brake lines--that they would need replaced eventually, because they were showing signs of aging... They are always very, very busy in there though... So it can be kinda hard to get in, especially on the weekends... But I think this just goes on to speak of their reputation with the locals here... They are really good though, to take the time to discuss your car problem with you, so that you understand and all, and I feel really confident in dealing with them... I particularly recommend Azmi... He knows his stuff...

They are great! They worked on our dodge and even gave me a lift home so I wouldn't be stuck sitting there all day.

I took my car to this shop based on the reviews I found here. They brought us out to the car and showed us and explained the problem on the car. The second time I went in for an oil leak which they said didn't need to be repaired for another 10K miles when some bigger repairs would have to be made. Both times they have given us free estimates. I also didn't feel that they treated me differently as a woman. I would highly recommend this shop.
