About 9 months after they rebuilt my transmission, the engine light came on and there was a "clicking" noise coming from the engine. I returned to the shop and asked them to check it out for me. The first told me it needed an intake manifold gasket, and that they recommended replacing the fuel injector o-rings, as the engine had a few mis-fire codes. The next day they called me to say that they had made a mistake. I was informed that when they rebuilt the transmission, there was a bolt that had come loose from a crank sensor or some such thing, and that was what was causing the noise. They said it was hitting a fly wheel, and causing the engine to mis-fire. They replaced the damaged parts and did all the work for free as they said it was their fault. They could have easily fixed it on the quite and charged me the $600 estimate and I would never have known any difference. Their motto is "If it isn't broke...Don't fix it." It is refreshing to do business with someone you can trust. I have had a couple of other repairs done there. Auto repair is expensive, and it is great to know that they are honest and truthful and only do the work that is needed.
