Everyone in the shop (at the desk and in the garage) is
very personable and knowledgeable. As I waited, much of
the overheard conversation was about specific car repairs,
transfer of knowledge, methodology, etc. -- a far cry from
the typical garage gossip. Their initial diagnostics were
right on the money, and they were very forthright
describing the (a/c) repairs I needed. They provided me
with an estimate of cost and time -- did the repairs and
stuck to the estimate. From now on, they will handle all
of my maintenance and repairs.
