On a '86 mustang 5.0L I once had, I thought there was a rear seal leak. After checking it out, they showed me where the valve cover was leaking at the rear of the engine, let me take it home to fix myself, and refused to accept payment for the diagnosis. Leonard took an hour at no charge to evaluate the roughness in my '66 mustang. I had done all the drive train work myself (except the rear axel which AutoTek rebuilt). They've done other great work on these cars as well as a Lincoln MKVII we had and the current Mercury Marauder.

I took my car to another shop first, and they told me I needed over $600 in repairs, so I decided to get a second quote. I talked to AutoTek to see what they would charge, and they took a look at my car. It turned out all I really needed was an alignment, which they did for $50. They went over all of the supposed problems Firestone had diagnosed with me and let me know when I should actually look at having the parts in question replaced. They were more friendly and courteous than staff at any shop I have ever had experience with. They were honest and straightforward, and they fixed my car quickly. I dropped it off right before closing time and they called me before 8:30 the next morning to let me know it was finished. My car is driving great!
