Being a young woman it is hard to find a mechanic who will take the time to help you weigh your options. Austin VeeDub has always been very helpful and always look for the cheapest way to mend my car, even if it using a used part. They are reasonably priced and great guys.

Ed Martin has run Austin VeeDub for over 20 years. VeeDub is a shop, salvage yard and used car lot. Ed is an honest guy, especially when he sells you a used car. His service after the sale is first rate. Ed rebuilds wrecked VWs and (take it from someone who has bought not one but two cars from him) he does an excellent job. He will sell cars both with a normal title and also a salvage title. VeeDub also sells used parts at half (or less) of the new part cost. Cosmetically, VeeDub is not for the squeemish, but this is not why you go to a mechanic, right?

It's a real relief to have a shop that I can trust "long distance" to take care of my daughter's car. They have been great for several visits over a three year period.
