I really trust River City with my car (and everyone knows how finicky Volvo owners are). They screwed a tiny hole in my leaking headlight to fix the problem for no charge - this was after I had consulted several other people who said it would cost over $200 to replace it. I've been a loyal customer ever since.

Robert and his crew are fantastic. They are up front about what needs to be done and they'll do it. And, unlike some other volvo specialists I've been to in town, they won't recommend unnecessary repairs. I asked him to look into working on a few items and he called back and said they didn't need to be done, and didn't charge me.

Robert is great. This place was recommended to me by my old mechanics in North Carolina (Absolute Automotive in Durham) and when i left those guys I thought I had left the only great, honest, fair, kind mechanics I'd ever find. But river city and robert proved to me that there are good guys everywhere, you just have to know where to find them. If you have a volvo, and you are within 20 miles of these guys, don't take it anywhere else. Also, they have a very convenient online system where you can access your car's repair records, your bill etc. Super great.
