When doing some repairs on my Scirocco and Camry (brakes and timing belt) I asked Kenny for advice in diagnosing problems (and couple time for help in dismantling a stubborn parts). He was always willing to discuss car problems, offered a competent advice and even let me borrow some tools. Rarely one meets such competent, friendly and ABSOLUTELY HONEST mechanic.

Wow!! Kenny & Crew are simply the Best! They have consistantly treated me fair and right! As a repair shop they took the time to explain the specifics of Why, What, and How Much. They told me where I could save $$$ and told me where not spending for service would cost me! It can take a while to get the car back, as they are solidly booked, but that is just testiment to the fact that once you have experienced the high level of service and honest from Kenny and crew, everything else seems weak. I couldn't say how they respond when the screw things up because it has never been an issue! I can never see myself dealing with hassles and sorry attitude from the dealer's service department ever again! My humble opinion is you can't go wrong with Kenny! Hammer 2002

I took my 2000 Passat in for some repairs, and Kenny found some other things wrong, including a fouled up turbo which had to be sent off to Waco (!) for repair. I was amazed that from start to finish, this took 3 weeks to fix.

I am new to Austin and one of my co-workers recommended Kenny Hill Autowerks as they specialise on VW and Audi. I recently took my car for a 60,000 miles service. The service was not cheap but worth the money coz the car drives like new now.

They replaced the clutch and O rings in the cooling system. They screwed up the O ring replacement. When I contacted them that I was having problems, after I'd put more than a few miles on the car, they discovered that all the work had to be completely redone. Clutch was ruined. I didn't have to turn purple or threaten. They made it all right very quickly and didn't ask for a dime extra. I think the first problems were an honest mistake and they sure stand by their work.
