They were great and fast. It was very exciting to get my car back within a few hours. They were honest and quick. The guys at the shop were nice, respectful and I enjoyed pleasant conversation with them. Thanks, Maggie

We have used Carlson's for years, and most of that time we have had 4 cars. He has worked Nissans, toyotas, Dodge vans, hondas, & a chevy truck. He is always kind and clear and competant. We don't know if they "respond well if they screw up" because they haven't!! He tells you if there is a cheaper option, if you don't really need the repair, if the light is on just for a check up - and no repairs are really needed. You get to talk to the mechanic. He checks out cars you are about to buy. He talks to women like he talks to men and is great at answering questions. I hope we can find a mechanic like this for my son who is moving to Austin.

As newbies to the area a year ago, we saw your rec and tried them. We are very happy with their work, and their interaction with us - friendly, courteous, informative, honest. Everything one could wish for. The only draw-back, from our standpoint, is they don't want to work on my husband's Volvo; but I can't fault them for that. They will happily change oil and such, but they don't have the diagnostics necessary for a full and complete work-up. A+ for honesty.

I took in my 2000 Toyota Camry to get brake work done. They performed the work at a competitive rate and finished it in a timely manner. They are easy to work with and make time for you and your vehicle.
