My daughters car broke down on a busy highway in
Nashville. She had in the past gotten highly overcharged
for repairs at the Firestone that her mother recomended so
I was not optomistic about what it was going to cost to tow
the car in, let alone the repair. After an hour on the
side of the highway and watching a state cop car drive by
without stopping to help, (she had her hood up and flashers
on) The driver from BO's towing stopped to help her. He
towed her to the garage of her choice (unfortunatly the
firesone again) and only charged her $50. He treated her
with kindness and didn't take advantage of the situation to
over charge. In my mind Bo's treated my daughter very well
and their price was VERY reasonable! Thank you Bo's.
The Firestone on the other hand charged $354 to change
4 plugs and 4 plug wires!
I told my daughter to keep Bo's card and call him if
anything goes wrong with the car. I also told her to ask
Bo who he feels is a fair shop to deal with. I've talked
to Bo and I feel that my daughter is safer now going with
his recamondations instead of her old Firestone.
