It was Thursday night of the 2005 Easter weekend. I was visiting family in Nashville. It appeared that my car was leaking transmission fluid. Mark's Automotive Service worked me in; check the car; found no hose leaks, and charged me a very reasonable amount. I felt they could have done a lot of unnecessary work as I was anxious about the drive home to Memphis. My family in Nashville use them for their car servicing.

I have been very pleased with the work they have performed on our Toyota Highlander, Chevy Tahoe & Suburban, Isuzu Trooper, and Volvo S-80.

My entire family uses this shop! He is the only mechanic I will let near my car. They are always very honest, and they take the time to explain what is wrong and what can be done to fix it. When I mentioned that I was looking for a new car they even called me to tell me they saw an add somewhere and thought it was a great deal. He also sold my old car for me. They know their customers and take the time to make sure everything is done right. Mark the owner even stays late if you can't make it to the shop until after work. They really are wonderful!
