The place is spotless. They are extremely polite and friendly and make every effort to accommodate you. They always call with information, questions, or estimates when they say they will. They show you the part they replaced and explain (show) why it wasn't working. They specialize in Japanese cars but repair all makes ( based on the cars I've seen when I've been there). They replaced my truck's transmission and clutch a few years ago and I haven't had a bit of trouble with it. Also had minor repairs done with satisfaction. Have never seen an unhappy or disgruntled customer there when I've been there. Have only heard good comments from other customers. I'm not aware that they offer any loaner vehicles. I can't think of a single negative comment except I wish they were open on Saturdays, but they are a family operation and like to have their weekends off.

Being a woman, I am always worried about taking a car in to any mechanic. I've been taken for a ride too many times to count. Mr. Kee was honest and upfront, with reasonable fees, and was wonderful about explaining the problem with my vehicle. He also was more than willing to write a report that I could take to Sears to show them how they had screwed up! When I took the report to Sears, and they saw his name on the letterhead, they didn't even argue, just refunded my money for the alternator replacement that he had to redo!
