If Ken tells you that you need something, you need it. I have sent a friend there for front brakes and Ken told my friend that he didn't need brakes and to get out of there. Didn't cost him a thing! Ken is the reason that I am still living in Nashville. Good mechanics are hard to find.

Ken took care of my wife while she was in Nashville on Business. He put me as ease about the situation and that is extremely valuable. ,......sending him a 5 pak of Yoo Hoo. Call this guy if need a mechanic in Nashville.

Ken is serious about the Yoo-hoo! I owe him one for fixing a noise my brakes were making by replacing the brake pads. He also recommended a few other repairs, but was not pushy, and even said, "overall, things look good!" How often do you hear a mechanic say that?? I feel like most mechanics are always trying to sell me something or push something on me that I'm not sure I need. Ken was incredibly friendly, put my husband and I at ease, and even offered us a discount based on my husband's place of employment. Service was prompt, and when I called back today with another question, they were eager to explain everything to me. Great experience- we will be back!
