Leroy and his people have always treated me well. He is an ASE certified master mechanic and proves it with his knowledge and skill. Leroy himself always takes plenty of time to diagnose and explain the problem. He will usually go out of his way to accomodate people who have a tow in or otherwise. One time I was installing a negative battery cable on my truck and couldn't get it to fit correctly. I "rigged" it up temporarly and drove to see Leroy. He immidiatly stopped what he was doing, Came out to take a look, and within 5 minutes had it saudered together. When I tried to pay him, he wouldn't accept it. He said he would catch me next time. I has been my experience with most mechanics that I am a bother to them and take too long to help you with the simple problems. He is simply not that way. The shop is located in Historic Inglewood and doesn't really look like "all that" from the outside. If I hadn't been refered to him via word of mouth. I never would have gone in there.

I have been going to Leroy for 5 years now. Oil changes and repairs. He has always treated me fairly and honestly. I have refered my mother there for her auto maintenance After my last visit he explained my truck was throwing a code for the oxygen sensors, but the 2nd gear was going out on the transmission and that could throw a false code. He refered me to Grishams for the transmission work first to see if it was worth the cost. He REFUSED to take any payment for his services saying "your gonna pay enough with that transmission, theres no charge for what I did. If its worth fixin the transmission bring it back if the Check Engine light comes back on." I had the trans rebuilt and the Check Engine light has not come back on.

Leroy came highly recommended by a friend and he has not disappointed. He has taken good care of both of our aged vehicles and I has been straightforward and honest about necessary work. All check-ups and repairs have been completed in a timely fashion. After some fairly horrific mechanic experiences, it is a pleasure to have someone we trust.
