We have four cars in our arsenal and it seems like at least one has a problem at some point in time. We know we can count on them to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time with much better pricing than the dealerships.

I love these guys because they are willing to learn how to fix things on my 2002 Mini Cooper S. They tell me when they think I should go to the dealership because of Mini idiosyncrasies. The dealer wanted almost $1000 to replace my wiper motor. Archer let me find one rebuilt on line for $88, and then put it in for $250 - with a lot of bruised knuckles and frustration, but happy to learn how to do it. In another situation, my daughter's Ford Focus had a loud squeaking. They replaced brakes, but weren't positive they fixed the right thing, so wouldn't take any money until we were sure. The squeaking came back, we took it in, and they finally figured it out - but wouldn't take any payment because of the inconvenience for us!

Have gone to them for close to 20 years; they are still my #1 choice. The founder, Ron, passed away 1-2 years ago, but his son continues deliver great service. When I worked about 5 miles away from them, they were happy to give me a ride to work or back.

Just wanted to say, this is one hell of an auto repair shop - I have had several cars worked on at Ron Archer's and always satisfied with their repair---keep up the good work, guys.
