Tim Pitts is such a professional. Good friend of mine who can repair her own cars takes hers there simply because it is less hassle. they have worked on our clunker Subarus and Toyotas and always are fair. Have even checked a few things and charged nothing twice bacause it was my imagination. Tim also repairs the expensive cars, especially Volvos, but never seems perturbed by our old models. Has even encouraged my search for less expensive parts on the web which he has then installed. what I don't understand is that he is always clean!!! no grime under the nails and always polite. Excellent repairs and pleasant folks. Only complaint is he doesn't call when the car is ready.. we just call to check on things. Estimates are always exact or above actual charges so we feel like we get a deal.

Tim Pitts is just an all-around good guy. He makes prepurchase inspections and then will do the work at or below cost. Has saved us many dollars with his honesty. Willing to work with me when I want to go internet shopping for discount parts. Knows who I am when I call about a car (perhaps because we tend to drive old cars). Good humor. He is always clean. Car is tidy when work is done. Have taken cars home and then have problem which he then corrects for free. I have no fear of being ripped off. Treats us with great respect. He usually works on Volvos and Subarus, but has cared for our Toyotas as well.
