Richard is a gentleman as well as a good mechanic. he treated my wife and I with the utmost courtesy and respect while explaining everything to us. One time I just dropped by without an appointment because my engine light would not go off, he was covered up with a vehicle in every stall, but had one of his guys take a quick look. A wire had come loose from a sensor, his man put it back on, cleared the engine light with his tester and it all took less than 10 minutes. Any other shop would have made me leave the car over night or make an appointment.
