I have been taking my cars to these guys for years. I may be slightly bias since the owner, Gary is my neighbor but fact is they have always done us right in every way.

These guys are great. No 5pm surprises. They always call & let you know before they go over the estimate. Hard working & great at sweating out an obscure electrical problem on our '93 dodge grand caravan.

I have taken several vehicles to G&R: 2006/7 -- My daughter's 2000 Mazda MPV had intermittent battery drain over 6 months. Took it to Mazda of Knoxville several times, they never understood the problem, charged big bucks. Being intermittent, I could only take it while it was draining. Took it to Amherst Automotive twice, they could not solve it in several days. Finally G&R found it in a day; was dealer installed VCR power supply. 2006, 07 & 08 -- '01 Ford Windstar: (several trips) ABS module; then speed control module; all service intervals. 2006, 07 & 08 -- '03 Ford Escape: all service intervals. 2001 -- '02 Dodge 15 pass van. Front rod ends, suspension arms, alignment, trans flush. Never disappointed.
