In the past Mitch had always serviced my Jaguar at this dealer. He has always been a very knowledgeable and detail oriented mechanic. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch this car. A while back he left the dealership and they would not let me know where he went. They knew that they would lose a good customer. I have to say that my confidence decreased drastically when this happened so I went to other dealers in the state but was never really impressed. Thank God Mitch is back! This Cat gets driven very aggressively and Mitch keeps it running right.
