This service department has restored my faith in humanity! I can't say enough good about them. After repeated bad experiences elsewhere (hint, big Toyota dealer in Knoxville), these guys have done right by me EVERY TIME. They do good work, stand behind it, don't do unecessary work. They follow up a few days later with a phone call, and if there is ANY disatisfaction with the work, they make good on it. I have driven over 25 miles out of my way to go to them as opposed to a closer, less competent place. I would trust them with my car, my mother's car, ANYBODY's car. What a relief to know you can hand it over and it will be properly taken care of. WONDERFUL WORK THEY DO!!

Each month I receive service coupons from the large Toyota dealership in Knoxville, where I purchased my 1999 Camry in June 2002, as well as from Fox Toyota in Clinton, TN. They charge significantly less than the much, much larger dealership in Knoxville. For example, I received service coupons for the suggested service for 30,000, 60,000, 90,000 miles. Fox Toyota charges $79, and the large one in Knoxville charges $179. I don't have the coupons with me, but neither tell what this service includes.

I have taken my Sienna minivan to this dealership for service several times. Their service department is very automated and efficient, and my impression is that they rely heavily on a procedure-oriented approach to diagnosing repairs rather than a knowledge-based approach. The shop is so clean it's reminiscent of a hospital. They work very hard to please the customer and let her/him know that they strive to obtain customer satisfaction. I have been very pleased with the routine maintenance and repair work they have done for me. I am somewhat less satisfied with their work on the more challenging problems I've had with my Sienna, particularly the problems with the body integrity and brakes. I've ended up fixing some of these problems myself because they admitted they didn't have a sure idea what was wrong. They have never charged me for the time they spent trying to diagnose a problem that they did not fix. My best experience with them was when one of my seat belts malfunctioned after the factory 36-month warranty expired and they gave me a replacement seat belt free-of-charge.
