On all three dealings with them: They've been respectful, honest, reasonably priced, friendly, competent--from the manager to the mechanics to the lady that takes your money. Pretty good magazines in waiting room, too. And no one has ever snickered about my 3-cylinder Geo Metro. (at least in front of me). My last time in there: I came in at 5:55 p.m. with a headlight out (they post a closing time of 6), hoping to set up a time to replace it for later that week. They said they would just do it then--which they did--even though they had to drive across town in rush-hour traffic to get a repacement from a parts shop. All for less than $20! Trantham's rules. Car breakdowns are not something to dread with Trantham's in the area. Trantham's rocks. Trantham's. Trantham's. Trantham's. Go to Trantham's. Tell 'em that guy with the red Geo Metro sent you.

Traded with them for 30 years. Once broke down in Atlanta and Al came and got me with wrecker!! I can't say enough!!! Al the owner, or has turned it over to sons, works partime. He's 74 or 75. I also like your comments also. Have read your articles as long as I can remember. Appreciate the help I've read in your columns!
