Winfred Gray is an experienced mechanic who used to work for a large Japanese import dealership. He and his wife run a very clean and efficient shop.

The owner has probably 30 yrs. experience with Hondas. His certification is up to date (he worked at the dealership where I bought my first Honda about that long ago). The business has expanded since beginning approximately 6 years ago. The owner (and co-owner at the time) had worked at Honda dealerships before going out on his own. The only problem: they don't have the equipment to do front end alignments; otherwise, they do it. I've referred several friends and family to him and all have been pleased. None that are female have felt they have been treated like idiots. The facility is very clean,staff friendly.

They once advised use our car was just not worth the repair needed at no charge. Another car had been totaled and they advised a relativly cheap repair to make the car safe to drive if not pretty. Has also been willing to arrange pick- p of stranded car at off hours and at discounted price for us.

Winfred Gray and his wife run a very clean, efficient shop. They are courteous and respectful; the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have always received quality service. Today's cars require expert diagnostic skills. Pro Service has the equipment and expertise to handle problems that even the dealer hasn't been able to solve. Mr. Gray recommends regular maintenance services that prevent costly repairs in the future. I always feel that he is looking out for my best interest.

The owner has worked on my cars for over 30 years. His facility is very neat/clean. I'm not sure about the guarantee but he would stand by his work. He tells you if he is not equipped to do some repairs (such as front end alignment--doesn't have the equipment) or unable to do something due to a warranty issue. I've recommended several people there and all have been satisfied. They do work on other makes besides Hondas. The area has no public transportation in the area nor do they have loaners. They do have a nice waiting area. Everyone is friendly/helpful. Appointment is required.
