Black Friday is usually thought of in terms of cheap deals on TVs and DVD players, but it’s also the single busiest day of the year for most tire shops. It’s the perfect storm of both a busy shopping day in general, and Thanksgiving’s second purpose, which is to remind you that winter is around the corner, and those bald hoops on your Forester aren’t going to get you through another season.
We’ve searched around for good deals on tires this Black Friday, and here’s what we’ve come up with. Some of these are offered by the manufacturer, and some deals by the retailer.
This is a pretty crazy deal especially if you have all kinds of other conveyances in the garage, including UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles and even bicycles. Buy at least two new Michelin or BFGoodrich tires, and you’re eligible for UP TO $120 in a Visa Reward Card. The cool thing here is that you can bundle your car or light truck tires with Michelin tires for your motorcycle, side-by-side or even your bicycle.
Purchase a set of four select Goodyear tires and you may be eligible to receive up to a $75 Goodyear Prepaid Mastercard or Visa Prepaid Card by online or mail-in rebate. This offer runs through December 31, 2020.
You can also increase your rebate if you pay using a Goodyear Credit Card.
Eligible Tires:
When you purchase a new, matching set of four select (4) Pirelli Winter or Scorpion tires, you’re eligible to receive a $70 Prepaid Visa® Card by online or via mail-in rebate. The offer is valid for in-stock tires purchased before midnight November 30, 2020.

Online tire prices are usually less than in store
Almost all tire brands have some kind of rebate at some point or another. Check the major online tire sites, but also go directly to the website of your favorite tire manufacturer and search for rebates there.
Right now, the Michelin/BFGoodrich rebate is tremendous, especially if you have other vehicles -- including bicycles -- that use Michelin or BFGoodrich tires. You can bundle any tire purchase to receive the rebate.
You purchase your tires from any tire retailer, and then with a valid, dated receipt, you submit your paperwork to the manufacturer. Some manufacturers have online portals where you submit your receipt, while others make you mail it in. Then, at a later date, you’ll receive your rebate, usually in the form of a prepaid credit card.
It depends, but you’ll usually receive your rebate in four to six weeks.
