My mechanic is so honest, cares about the customer so much that many a night instead of getting home at his usual time, he has stayed hours later to help people from out of town and make sure everything is fixed so they can continue on their way. He has driven home people that lived out our way so they wouldn't be inconvienienced. If he doesn't do a particular job because it is a different departments job, he will supervise and keep an eye out to make the job for a friend or a particular favourite customers car is properly looked after for them. He does not believe in overselling to a customer, but if a car does need something he will try to impress strongly to the customer that that job really should be done to make sure the care is in proper running order and is safe!
