We went to ISC about two weeks previous when we were on a road trip in South
Carolina. Being in the military, we don't have a "mechanical home" for our car
since we just returned back to the states after two years overseas. We went to
two shops to diagnose the erratic vibrations we were having for fear of a
dangerous situation. ISC took us in for an extended diagnosis and repair at a
very reasonable price when the other shops could not determine the cause of
our problem. Mark Calvert was excellent with us and took his time to explain the
problem!

Had the oil light come on one morning and had to get my Infiniti towed somewhere close by. They were able to check the car out and give me answers to all of my questions the same day. Unfortunately my engine is on it's last legs but they explained exactly what happened and didn't try to get me to buy a new engine that day or anything, just told me what to do to monitor things and keep it running as long as possible. The only negative was that they had high-ish labor charge to diagnose it ($85/hr). They ended up changing the oil and charged me for the oil change labor in addition to the diagnostic fee, which I didn't love. All-in-all though I'd still come back.
