The Yonce's are great. It's a mom and pop shop. I've never trusted a mechanic more than I trust these folks. They only fix broken things and will not try to sell you 2 tie rod ends when you only need one! I would drive (if the car is working) way out of my way to see them. They have a great calendar too.

Great shop. Honest people! Some particular events I had with
them. They fixed the wiring on a taillight. They also
fixed some wiring that was close to breaking (free of
charge). I had a mysterious problem with my car (no one
could find what was wrong with it and I got rid of the car).
After checking the car for 2 days and not finding anything
wrong, they didn't charge me. This is defiantly a place
where you can trust them to not call before they do the
repairs. They will fix what is broken for an honest price.
Nothing else.

I am a female university student. I may not look like I
know much about cars, but I know more than I let on.
Mr. Younce treated me as if I were an equal. :-) We had a
nice, frank conversation about my catalytic converter, and
I left with a smile on my face.

I took my car to them once because of a really horrible
rattle. They found three different sources of rattling.
Two were interior rattles just from my car being old, and
one was the catalytic converter.
They explained to me the reason the catalytic converter
was rattling, and let me know that it still worked
(although it was making annoying sounds). Simmie told me
not to get it fixed until the sound was horribly
unbearable or until the thing just stopped working. I was
so happy! :-)

I had the A/C serviced on my vehicle. An appointment was
available the next day, I was late picking the vehicle up
and Simmie Yonce stayed late to wait for me. He was
friendly and took the time to explain the service
performed. If I am treated as well as I was this time I
will certainly continue using this facility.

I have been going to them since I started driving 15 years
ago. They have been excellent and have kept my all of
family members cars on the road. We have all moved in the
last couple of years and I have just left and I miss
Yonce. I simply cant find anyone I trust to do the work
fairly and accurately. I am considereing driving back just
to have them look at my car.

I took my car in for a timing belt. They recommended a
water pump, idler pully, valve cover gasket, and a few
other things. I know this sounds like an up-sell, but the
car needed 'em and they did the work for what I'd have paid
for just the belt elsewhere.
When there, I saw two women come in, one elderly. This is a
third generation, family-owned business. I think you can
trust them.
I do!
