My F350 pickup is my baby. They take great care of it. I'm a female - My name was suppose to be Mike and my dad never accepted that I turned out a girl - subsequently I grew up under the hood of cars. I get really P.O.ed that 95% of mechanics treat me like a stupid female and try to rip me off! John Blankenship is first class. When my father (now retired) came to visit, he had some work done at New South too and got to meet Jon and gave him his approval - very hard to come by!

Great shop with a great crew! Always fair, prompt, and knowledgeable. In my car repair needs, I've brought not one, but 4 different makes and models to them, but they've always fixed the problem spot on for me with no delays or problems.

The guys here are competent, honest and fair. I had one of those tough-to-diagnose noises and every member of this shop worked to identify the problem. The solution proved too expensive for my older car, but they kept me informed of their progress and charged me a fair rate for their time and efforts. the entire experience was pleasant when it could have been an expensive rip-off. i will definitely be using this shop for my future needs.
