Working as Office Manager, I enjoy being here. The way that
we work on cars is to get done what needs to be done and
not all the extra work that many other shops say that
you "Need" to have done. We get the car back in working
order as quickly as we possibly can. Of course there are
the times that we have to order parts and sometimes they
may take a few days to come in, and some times we order the
parts and they just don't come in. If we have too much of a
work load, we will start asking customers if there is any
way to wait to bring it in. We know the feeling of not
having a car. It's better to have a working car that just
doesn't have Air Conditioning than to be waiting for a
mechanic to clear enough of the work load so that they can
start on your car. Nothing is more frustrating to see a
mechanic who hasn't gotten around to your car. So if we
ever ask you if you can bring it in next week, it's not
that we don't want to work on your vehicle, it's just that
we don't have time yet to get it in yet. We enjoy all of
our customers. We try our hardest to remember every
customer that comes in because nothing is better than going
to a place that you can feel welcome. If you have any
questions, don't hesitate to call.

Derek is always so welcoming whenever you come in and is
so honest too. That's a plus.

Derrick is always there are interacts directly with the
customers to go over work to be done/what was done, etc.
Amazingly, he remembers the car/customer, etc. - I wonder
if I am his only customer!!
His hourly rate is about 20% below Goodyear.
When I stop by to have a minor item checked he sometimes
doesn't charge, since I am a 'regular.'
As long as he is in business, he has my business.
