John the owner used to work as a tech for a dealer. He knows all the 'tricks' they do. When my car required a part that only the dealer sells (more automakers are doing this now) he'd get a good deal because he knew all the dealer's parts managers. I CANNOT STRESS that John is honest. I had a sensor problem that could have included dealer service in one of the possible outcomes. John told me about a little known warrantied part that dealers would try to charge for AND offered to take it their for me so they didn't fleece me (single gal). He was my mechanic for 5 years until I left Charleston. I wish he was in my new town. I have NEVER had a mechanic who 1: was on time, 2: so close to their estimate & 3: got it right the first time!! SEE JOHN!!!!!!

I've never had the pleasure of dealing with a more honest and informative mechanic. They are friendly, prompt, and responsive in their work and communication with you. I'd recommend anyone to Citadel Auto Repair who wanted quality work at a fair price.
