This is the greatest repair shop ever ! And I HAVE been looking for years ... as a woman, I always felt taken for a ride whenever I set foot in a repair shop. I used to tell my husband I was going to take a mechanic's course just to show these people I was no idiot ~ it used to really upset me. Then I found Sully's. They are extremely competent, friendly, polite, respectful and tell you flat out if you should bother with something or not. They are also extremely helpful when you need something else that they don't do (like tires, for instance). The owner is a genuine family man and he actually has said to me that as a son, husband and father to girls, he feels he owes it to his female customers to treat them properly. SOMEBODY raised that man right ! Actually, I have met more female customers there who feel the same way and are not afraid to say it. His mechanic, Gene, also acts the same way. I just can't say enough about them. To finish this off, I will tell you this - last Spring, I needed some work done and I was planning on taking my two young daugthers (3 and 1) to breakfast and the library while they worked. Of course, as soon as I offloaded everybody, it started pouring rain. Sully then offered to drive us home and bring the car back to the shop to do the work. He also said he'd bring the car back to my house and find someone to give him a ride to his shop (I would have but he said no need). Now THAT's service !

My 2000 Subaru Legacy GT was making strange exhaust noises for about a month, I kept putting it off but finally it caught the attention of a police officer. I called Sully and brought it in. Three hours later he calls me and says your car is all set. I go to pick it up with check book in hand....I'm thinking $200.00...$300.00 lets face it exhaust's aren't cheap. I walk in and Sully says "oh yeah...I got the bill right's going to be $35.00, your exhaust had a small hole so I slipped a sleeve over it and it's fine". Then he tells me that my car has a stainless steel exhaust that will last forever and don't ever let anybody change it on you. I was so happy I offered to take him and his wife out to dinner.
