I brought my car in for rear brakes. I had had the front brakes done 3 times and never had the rear ones done. I got a call from them the next day. They said I didn't need rear brakes. They didn't even charge me to look at them. Another time I brought a VW in that was misfiring. They couldn't figure it out. They kept it a few days so they could check it on the highway. They also brought it to another repair shop that had a better computer. Although they couldn't fix the problem, they didn't charge me a cent for the hours and hours of work they put into it.

Brought our mini van in because the check engine, anti-lock brake, and treaction control lights all came on. They took it for a test drive, checked out the codes and determined that everything was fine. They figured out the lights were just an error. Had there really been a problem, we would have been stuck on the side of the road. He reset the light and we are good to go ..... NO CHARGE !!! Anybody else would have charged us at least a $70 diagnostic fee.
