Finally taking the time to respond to your survey. We've been going to Pierce
imports for our car repairs and quality used cars (9 so far) for over 25 years!
They are honest, dependable, fair and always fix what needs to be fixed. We
wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've had nothing but good experiences with these guys. I
had them do an inspection on my truck and they replaced a
light buld with no charge!! Maybe they forgot to charge
me. When I needed exhaust repair on an old truck they
suggested a welding shop that might be able to fix it
cheaper than replacing the system. The truck was getting
very old by this time, they pre inspected it to let me know
if it might even be able to pass inspection. I trust these
guys completely.

"My air conditioner needs freon" "OK I'll take a look at it" (later) "how come only $5?" "It was just a loose wire" On another visit... "There is oil on the engine" "It looks like the (i think he said PCV valve)- about 120 bucks" (later) "how come only $80?" "It didn't take that long." There are lots more stories like this!

Craig is tops. Knows what he's doing. Honest. Fair. Did the job well. Better yet, the guy across the street with ten cars parked around the yard (all in perfect working order because that's all this guy does is fix cars) said that he would go to Craig if he needed his car fixed. I did and I was happy.

I just can't understand some of the lower rankings in the survey. After years of experience and many friends experiences, Pierce Imports has only positive reviews!

This shop is affiliated with AAA, and their warranty on
repairs is 12 months or 12,000 miles. The staff is always
considerate and helpful, going that extra mile. However,
they are very busy and sometimes the wait for appointments
is 1 - 2 weeks. Honesty is the hallmark.

Great on cars from Japan, not so great on cars from Germany.
Had a problem with a leaking skylight in my VW. Was charged
for a diagnostic and told to see the dealer for a problem
with the "rails". Took it to a body shop and they cleaned
out the drains and fixed the problem. Always have had a
great results with the repairs on my Japanese cars. Would
highly recommend this shop to anyone with a Honda, Toyota,
or Subaru.

I am 69 years old and a nut about car repairs. They are
the best I have ever seen. When dealer quoted me 1400 and
told me they were giving me a break, Craig did the job for
375 AFTER he quoted me 460!
When I needed tires, he was the one who suggested Tire Rack
and had them send the tires to him to mount. Only charged
me 50 for putting on 4 new tires - no extra charges like
the biggies do.

One of the screws holding the hinge of my glove box fell out,
so when it was open it hung somewhat crooked. An annoyance,
but not something I would bother to fix. However after picking
up my car after some routine maintenance at Pierce, the screw
had been replaced. No charge, not even a mention that it had
been done. They always go over and above for the customer. I
have implicit trust in Craig and his crew.
