The owner of Morrone's is Steve Hudson. He teaches at N.E. tech several nights a week as well as running his shop and providing the best in mechanical repair. I do most of my own repairs myself but occasionally need the help of professionals and knowing that, Steve and his crew won't fix something that they know I can handle. They have told my wife several times that there was a problem with the vehicle that they left alone because "Bob can fix that". Of course, we are talking about non-hazardous repairs. I have never come across a more honest repair facility and a great bunch of guys doing the work. Steve runs a great shop and is as honest a business man that you can find in this field. I'm not sure what kind of warrantees, (as you asked in the survey) that they provide but will tell you that they stand behind their work and fix it right the first time and have never had to return to them for the same problem. If you want the best, take it to Morrone's!

My family and I were driving from Boston to Maryland. I was driving the moving truck, I was towing my Honda Accord car and wife was in the other car with the kids ( I know I got the better deal of this road trip). We stopped at Hopkinton, RI at gas station to fee the kids and I took the time to check the vehicles. I notices that my Honda accord front tires that was fasten to the towing dolly was loose :(, it could have been a terrible tragedy. Thanks God that nothing happened. I proceeded to get in the car to drive it off and put it back in place properly. I noticed that my brakes were shot because i left my handbrakes on while I was towing it :(. I was in distress in a place I did not know. Finally, a gentleman saw us all worried and decided to help us. We ended up at Morrone's shop after trying several. We told our story they were like it will take a week because they are busy and were like we can't do that because we are heading to MD..etc The guy at the front desk goes back and the owner comes in and he is like I will help you. So he drove me to my car and got my car in the towing dolly. While drive I got to know him a little and his family, he is a mechanic teacher at a local university. He is a great man. It took about an hr to situate my car and did not charge me anything. I gave the shop high marks because I knew the shop is in good hands and if he treated me like this then all his customers would have a high quality care.
