Three Halves

Dear Tom and Ray,

In my opinion, it is unimaginative of those math people tosay that your show cannot have three halves. If you take twoapples (just for example--almost any tangible object would work)and cut them both in half, you have four halves. Then you mustannihilate half of one apple. Since there is no way to convert ahalf into a whole (except by changing denominators), you now havethree halves. In other words, the problem is that part of yourshow is missing.

Disclaimer: If you look at my math scores, you might not wantto take my word for it, but I think this is a very good idea. Besides,I'm only 14. Still, I like this explanation.
