"Dealerships without a Clue" Dept.

The following is from a collection of anecdotes that appear toostupid to be made up. Believe it or don't.

When my husband and I arrived at an automobiledealership to pickup our car, we were told that the keys had beenaccidentally lockedin it. We went to the service department andfound a mechanic workingfeverishly to unlock the driver's-side door. AsI watched from thepassenger's side, I instinctively tried thedoor handle and discovereditwas open. "Hey," I announced to thetechnician, "It's open!""I know," answered the young man.- "I alreadygot that side."
