Aasta’s Jeep tends to rev high at stops and stalls. Her mechanic tried replacing plugs and told her to change her oil every 2,000 miles because it seemed thick--in other words, he was stumped. The check engine light is not on. Tom and Ray think the problem may be in the throttle linkage--it could be a sticky throttle, or bad kickdown cable. But they’re not confident, and say Aasta may need to go to the dealer.
