Melinda was driving across the Bay Bridge when she heard a loud pop, then smoke started coming from her radio. The electrical system died and the car shut down. Five minutes later, she was able to start the car and just about everything was fine except the brake lights and turn signals. Ray uses the Unified Electrical Field Theory to diagnose this as a blown capacitor and says Melinda needs a new voltage regulator.
