D & R installed a used part (can't remember what). Several
months later that part clunked out but with very little
mileage. The used parts dealer refused to replace the
part. D & R found another one for me and installed it
without charging for labor.
On another occasion I took my minivan to them to check out
a squeak that I declared was coming from the suspension.
They spent at least 30 minutes checking it out, driving it,
and looking at in on the lift until they were satisfied
that the car was safe and the squeak was actually coming
from the seat. They said not to tell others what my bill
was but I can tell you that I left happy and with the
assurance that my van was safe.
When there's a repair needed they always tell me my
options. I couldn't be happier or trust them more.
