I thought that it was time to do brakes on the car (80+K miles), made appointment, took it in. The they refused to do the work as the brakes were fine, and there was nothing wrong with them. Very good honest shop. Been taking cars there for years and never had any major problems or issues.

Not only have they successfully repaired my car many times, but several times I have gone in for what I thought I needed, and they told me I didn't. Once they did a very minor repair and didn't charge at all. Recently, my mom's car started smoking and blowing oil all over the engine. We had it towed to Trophy, and they told us it was a blown head. It would cost far more to fix than the car was worth. The great thing about this was that I trusted them completely and never thought that they were trying to "scam" us in any way. Well, no, they couldn't and didn't fix it, but they made getting rid of it a snap. We just brought the title in, and they took possession of it and arranged to have it taken out for scrap. Trophy is the only place I'll take my car, and I know it's in good hands.
