These guys were really nice. I just bought a manual '97 Eclipse with 92k miles on it. I took my car to them on the advice of my boyfriend, and they were not only fast, but called and asked about part prices and gave me an estimate as soon as I told them what I wanted. I was having all my belts replaced, and when they test drove it after replacing them, they were having trouble with the power steering belt. It turned out my power steering thingy was bad, causing the belt to make a squealing noise (I had noticed that at high RPMS). I asked them if they could show it to me, and the thing the belt was on had a lot of play back and forth. They apologized profusely for it, even though it wasn't their fault and they had never seen the car before, and promised to have it fixed as soon as they got the part in the next morning.

I first went to them on referral by my friend. I've been back several times for my truck and my VW. There were one or two few problems but they immediately made things right. Very good rates.
