Though not cheap--and I don't think most people expect their mechanic to work on the cheap--Steve almost always seems to get the job done right. But my belief in his honesty stems from the one or two times he hasn't. Once he put a new radio antanna on my wife's '86 Camry. The radio didn't seem to get as many stations afterward, and the antenna looked a little crooked. When I told Steve about it, he said, "Geez, I knew I should have put the Toyota antenna on there, but I hoped the NAPA would work.'' He said he'd replace the NAPA with a Toyota antenna. "How much extra is this gonna cost?'' I asked. Steve refused to charge me, saying it was his fault the first one wasn't right. This guy just seems honest. Also, he keeps his place, which is near a neighborhood, in good, clean condition. A small thing, maybe, but it means something to me. --Dan Hartzell

A great shop with fair prices. They get the job done when
promised. I never had a problem and NEVER had to take a
vehicle back disputing their repair work.
Sometimes it is difficult to get a car in since they are so
busy and popular and there are no weekend hours. But, a
very small inconvience for the security and faith of a
compenent mechanic and garage.

Very competent, high quality repair work. Knows what he is
doing. Convenient hours and pleasant people. Each repair
comes with a customer survey for feedback.
