I have had numerous vehicles John and Bill are always honest AND fair, and fix the problem the first time. that I took to Pro Auto. They have given me price quotes before doing the work and have never over charged. Bill is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have dealt with. I do my own sheduled maintenance, but leave the big stuff up to Pro Auto.

These people have treated me very well. I finally have a mechanic I can trust. I used them first for a brake job, and the job was done at a reasonable cost and doing what was needed and no more. The best is to follow. So my check engine light comes on, I go PRO AUTO CENTER, they give me the code, then I read the Haynes manual and find out it is the EGR gasket that may have gone. They tell me to be careful when I am changing it as the bolts may break and I need to loosen them with a spray. They have this "Fabulous Blaster" spray bottle, made in the USA, for under $5.00. You should see this stuff. Someone who makes it has obviously been experimenting with it and found that it is good for fixing leaking toilets, lol. You know whoever makes this love what they do and could not find a quality product on the market, so made their own. No charge to read the code, no charge for the advice, and a very reasonable price for the spray. I very much trust these people and have forked over a reasonable amount of cash to them and feel as though I got a good deal. Also, if you are into high performance kit, they do that, too, and state inspections and oil changes.
