They are always there for me! One freezing day in november I was in an accident on my way to work in a rural area where I live and my passenger side tires both were damaged and undriveable - rims and all - the person who hogged/pushed me off the road was driving a cadillac truck at a high rate of speed on a windy, country road with no lines and a speed limit of 25..... the driver sped off leaving me in the dust and one bar available on my cell phone. I called my roadside assistance provider and the call kept getting dropped.... (they did call me back and left a message to make sure I find help) I was about to walk to my house but my car was in an area of the road that I was afraid someone else could get hurt and I decided not to leave it and I called John,Jr at R&M Collision and told him quickly "It's Amy Wierbowski, stuck on Kitchen Lane, send a flat bed tow" I heard a muffled 'we're on our way, dear' due to reception, and within 15 minutes, I was saved and they took me to the shop so we could chat and make a plan and even though they were busy, they drove me home and had my car ready to go the next morning! The mechanic even picked me up on his way to work that morning so I didn't have to make other arrangements - luckily he lived near me but he didn't have to do that!! These guys have got my back! They also did a thorough check on my '98 chevy cavalier when I moved to NW Montana in '04 for a brief period - they would not charge me so I bought lunch for everyone that day! I LOVE MY MECHANICS!!!!! It's like I have a bunch of big brothers watching out for me!!!!! :)
