George Plant and his crew are very competent and the most honest people I've dealt with when it comes to car repairs. I am absolutely satisfied by their excellent and timely service and it is always a pleasure to deal with them. The very profesional service they provide has to be an extention and a complement of the charity work they also do for children. They have a lesson (or two) to teach to many...

Bob and George keep all of the vehicles in our "family fleet" (4 drivers, 6 cars) in great working condition. They will do whatever it takes to make you happy and to make your repair "right". Additionally, they are active in the community; donating their time and talents as clowns to children's hospitals and to the public servants in the community. (They recently donated a vehicle to aid our volunteer firemen in learning to use a new 'jaws of life'.

About a year ago, the battery in my 2000 VW Passat passed
suddenly without warning. Despite resuscitation efforts, it
would not hold a charge. After jump-starting the vehicle, I
decided to follow through on a neighbor's recommendation,
and drove to Bob's without an appointment. I could see they
were very busy, but they still took the time to run a
diagnostic on my car. They told me the charging system was
working fine, but the battery was indeed DOA. After calling
around, they were able to order a battery from one of their
suppliers.
Although I had to wait a couple of hours, this was due
mostly to the fact that Passats require some kind of exotic
battery not easily found on the shelf at most retailers, and
I had to wait for a parts driver to arrive. Initially, I
thought the price was very expensive, but later found out
this exotic beauty doesn't come cheap. So I feel they
charged a fair price.
