Actually told me that my car DIDN"T need my brakes to be re-done,that it was my rotors that were warped (thus causing shuddering of my steering column). Told me they would replace the rotors if i wanted them to, but that I would have to come back when my brakes wore out, thus paying for labor twice. Friendly, dependable, intelligent. Jim is my favorite-never went anywhere else since...
